How do I place an order with rugerweaponsstore

Our shopping cart can be accessed by the link in the upper-right corner of all Rugerweaponsstore pages. You can put the items you would like to purchase in this cart while you continue to shop. Placing an item in your cart does not obligate you to purchase it. You can delete the item from your cart later. To put an item in your shopping cart, browse our categories or search for an item by typing it into the search bar. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click on “add to cart.” Once your cart contains all of the products you would like to purchase, click on the “View Cart & Checkout” button to finish your order.

I tried to checkout and the item in my cart was no longer available. What happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The inventory and availability of products on rugerweaponsstore.com is real-time and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee that item for you, until you have completed the checkout process. Until checkout is complete, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

The inventory and availability of products on rugerweaponsstore.com is real-time and reflects what is in stock at the moment. Once a product is out of stock, the “Add to Cart” option will no longer be available.

Why can't I use Paypal

We do not accept PayPal as a method of payment, due to PayPal’s policy restricting firearm-related transactions.

How can I track my shipment

To track your shipment, open your email containing the tracking number. Click on the link to track you order.

Can I return a firearm?

While the firearm is still in the possession of your dealer, please inspect the firearm thoroughly to ensure that there are no visible defects. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please contact us before picking up the firearm from your dealer. We can arrange to have it returned to us, and upon delivery and careful inspection of the firearm, we will provide you with your choice of either a replacement, if available, or a refund of the firearm.

Return shipping costs and/or restocking fees may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. Firearms returned due to a background check denial will incur additional return fees up to $50 per firearm.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once it has been delivered back to us (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
